All services and deposits are non refundable. Not all services require a deposit. If you have an issue with your service please let me know within 48 hours so we can get you back in and I can correct the issue.

Please come to EVERY appointment detangled, or a $15 cowash will be added to total. Please come with clean blown out hair or a wash will be added to your service. I will not service you if your hair is dirty and you aren't willing to add on a shampoo.

All no call/no shows will result in $25 no show fee and require a deposit to book again.

All non local travel appointments have to be paid at least 24 hours in advance via applepay, zelle, or cashapp. If your deposit is not paid your appointment will be canceled.

All twist and loc extension appointments have to be booked at least 3 days in advance if you want hair included.
